Provides objective examination and evaluation of company activities.  Responsible for presenting the results of on-going assessments, appraisals and analysis. Develops and implements constructive resolutions to improve compliance, controls and efficiencies while balancing the risk and cost.


As our Audit Manager you will:

  • Conducts and leads the execution of diverse audits, reviews, and special projects. Drives the audit planning process by identifying key risks and assessment of project scope alternatives to identify an appropriate testing approach.
  • Leads the planning, scheduling, and supervision of assigned audit projects. Ensures projects are moving forward by working effectively with the client and other auditors.
  • Develops and documents a risk-based approach for each audit project following the Audit Methodology.
  • Demonstrates solid project management skills.
  • Prepares high quality workpapers that meet IIA Standards and support the audit conclusions.
  • Establishes a high-performance enviorment that develops and motivates team members.
  • Analyzes findings, determines “root causes”, formulates opinions, and develops recommendations for identified issues.
  • Identifies, suggests, and helps implement new/improved audit approaches, tools, and techniques.
  • Professionally communicates scope, purpose, and conclusions both verbally and in writing. Ensures communications are conveyed in a timely manner.
  • Prepares audit reports summarizing results and presents audit findings to senior management along with recommendations for improving internal controls, operating efficiency and the adequacy of financial records and recordkeeping.
  • Maintains up-to-date working knowledge of laws and regulations affecting our business and assists in ensuring that the audit program effectively addresses all applicable legal and regulatory risks.
  • Understands and documents business systems/processes using narratives and/or flowcharting techniques.



  • Five years of internal audit or comparable experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work expierence required.
  • Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to plan, manage and perform audits.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and exhibits a sense of urgency.
  • Strong technology and business acumen.
  • Good stakeholder management skills, able to foster collaborative working relationships and influence management at all levels.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in the use of relevant tools and the Microsoft Office product suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead a cohesive team, and mentor staff.

Certifications – one of the following is required

  • Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)

Essential Functions:       

The incumbent must meet work deadlines, have regular attendance, good oral and written communication skills, good interpersonal skills, ability to work with a team, ability to multi-task, and use a PC.  It requires access to all areas of the office, and the ability to set for extended periods of time, periodically bending and twisting, and frequent application of a negligible amount of force to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.  The incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.
